Nova Spektrum is located near Lillestrøm station, 10 minutes from Oslo S and 12 minutes from Oslo Airport Gardermoen.

Registration and entry

Admission to the exhibition is free of charge for registered visitors.

Please register before your visit and bring your digital confirmation to the event. Your visitor badge can be collected on arrival at the registration area.

VisitConnect is the lead-collection tool for exhibitors. Use it to scan visitor badges, collect contact details and add notes or qualification information directly after each conversation.
This helps your team capture valuable leads efficiently and makes post-event follow-up easier.

Receive leads through Smart Badge
Visitors can touch their Smart Badge against your stand reader to share their contact details and receive your company information digitally.
Make sure your Smart Badge reader is clearly visible on your stand, and encourage visitors to tap their badge when they would like to stay in touch.

Activate your presence in the app
Use the Easyfairs Nordics app to strengthen your visibility before and during the event. Ensure your exhibitor profile is complete, with a clear company description, relevant product categories and contact details.
Encourage your stand team to use the app to plan meetings, find relevant visitors and make the most of networking opportunities.

Use the Easyfairs Nordics app to discover exhibitors, explore their solutions and plan who you want to meet.
When visiting a stand, touch your Smart Badge on the exhibitor’s reader to share your contact details and collect their information. This makes it easy to follow up with the companies you are interested in after the event.

Download the Easyfairs Nordics app before your visit to access practical event information in one place. Use the app to explore exhibitors, view the programme, save your favourites and plan your day at AI & Big Data. The app also makes it easier to connect with relevant people before, during and after the event.

Smart Badge
Your visitor badge is a Smart Badge. Simply touch your badge against an exhibitor’s Smart Badge reader to share your contact details and receive their company information digitally.
There is no need to collect printed brochures. After the event, you can easily review the companies and products you showed interest in.
